How do I delete my AppealVault account?

You can permanently delete your account directly inside the AppealVault mobile app. Navigate to Profile → Privacy Centre → Delete my account. If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@appealvault.co.uk from the email address linked to your AppealVault account.

What data is removed when I delete my account?

When your account is permanently deleted, all of your stored parking notices and tickets, registered vehicles, uploaded photos, documents, evidence files, appeal details, AI conversation history, and personal account details are permanently deleted from AppealVault servers.

Can I remove specific data without deleting my whole account?

Yes. You can manage your storage and delete specific pieces of information inside the app at any time without closing your account. This includes individual uploaded evidence files, past AI chat histories, journey and location details, as well as eligible older closed notices.

How quickly will my deletion request be completed?

If you initiate deletion within the AppealVault app, the process takes place immediately upon confirming your identity and deletion request. Your session ends, and the account cannot be accessed again. If you submit a request via email to support@appealvault.co.uk, we aim to process and complete your request within one month.

Is any information retained after deletion?

Payment and transaction records are maintained by external payment processors such as Apple, Google Play, or our card processors where required by law, taxation, or accounting standards. AppealVault may also retain limited, anonymised records to verify that deletion was completed or to meet legal and regulatory obligations. This data cannot restore your deleted profile.
